Bigg Boss 17: Kajol's The Trial Co-Star Manasvi Mamgai Confirmed For Salman Khan's Show

The popular reality television show Bigg Boss will be back this month with Salman Khan returning as the host. As the premiere date of the show approaches closer, fans are eagerly anticipating who will be the contestants this year. While some popular names like Ankita Lokhande and her husband Vicky Jain have confirmed their participation, rumours were rife that Manasvi Mamgai has also been confirmed for the show.

Now, according to the latest reports, a source close to IANS has confirmed that the beauty queen-turned-actress has indeed been confirmed for the show. Manasvi was last seen in the web series The Trial alongside Kajol. On the show, she essayed the role of Juhi Bhatia, the girlfriend of cricketer Mohit Singh who dies under mysterious circumstances and whose death becomes the subject of a media trial. Earlier, Manasvi was seen in Ajay Devgn’s 2014 film Action Jackson as the antagonist.

Popular X (formerly Twitter) handle also announced this news on the platform. The caption read, “BREAKING! Manasvi Mamgai is confirmed for Bigg Boss 17. Manasvi won the title of Femina Miss India World 2010 and represented India at Miss World 2010. She previously won the titles of Miss India Tourism International and Miss Tourism International 2008.”
